5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you are the uploader or provider of content that has been removed as a result of a DMCA Takedown Notice, and you believe the removal was made in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notice.

5.1 Required Information for a Counter-Notice

Your counter-notice must include:
